The internal back construction for example, is a molded composite, reinforced with glass-fibre, with raceways for the optional Schukra lumbar mechanism (found in today’s prestigious European and North American automobiles). The mechanism is activated by conveniently located high tech hand wheels at the base of the back, for vertical and horizontal adjustment, providing precise support at the unique lumbar curve of the occupant.

Controlled density molded foam then encapsulates the inner structural back in the two step molding process.

Similarly, the seat base or pan is molded of rigid composite, reinforced and glass-fibre and dished anatomically for ischial/coccyx comfort. The second step of the molding process in the second mold encapsulates the seat pan in controlled density resilient foam for comfort.

The inert and structurally sound composite inner construction assures durability in all climate conditions and will not move with changing levels of humidity and temperature.

The following illustrates the Polo seating system from high back with the options of Schukra mechanism, headrest, wood arm inlay and wood clad base (left) to basic high back and mid back for the private office, conference and boardroom, including task seating and fixed and adjustable arms.
